We've rebuilt the ACBIZ AI Assistant from the ground up. It can now do more than answer questions from a script — it can look up your real account details, orders, and support tickets, and with your explicit confirmation, take real actions: opening a support ticket, saving a product to your wishlist, requesting a savings withdrawal, or cancelling a hosting or domain order.

Anything that touches money or cancels a service always asks you to confirm with a real button tap first — the assistant never does those on its own. You'll find it in the chat widget across the dashboard and marketplace.
