ACBIZ GLOBAL provides a unified digital infrastructure platform including domain registration, web hosting, cloud infrastructure, SaaS subscriptions, enterprise software, billing & invoicing, and professional IT services.
3. Account Registration
To access most services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, and be responsible for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to host illegal content, send spam, engage in fraud, distribute malware, conduct DDoS attacks, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws.
5. Payment & Billing
All fees are due in advance. Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACBIZ GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
