One-Time Software Products: Banking systems, accounting tools, job boards, and other software.

Professional Services: Custom development, integration, maintenance, and consultation.

All services are subject to the limitations, billing terms, and technical requirements specified on the platform.

Maintaining account confidentiality

Not allowing unauthorized use of your account

ACBIZ GLOBAL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Billing and Payment

All fees are denominated in [Currency, e.g., Zambian Kwacha (ZMW)] unless otherwise stated.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refunds are subject to ACBIZ GLOBAL’s refund policies (refer to the Refund Policy section).

By using ACBIZ GLOBAL services, you agree not to:

Use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission

Attempt to interfere with, hack, or compromise platform security

Violate applicable local or international laws

We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

9. Termination

ACBIZ GLOBAL may suspend or terminate accounts or services if:

You breach these Terms of Service

Non-payment occurs

Illegal or unauthorized activity is detected

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

ACBIZ GLOBAL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the platform.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the product/service type:

One-time software: Refunds only if the product is defective or inaccessible.

SaaS subscriptions: Refunds may be partial based on unused time.

Hosting: Subject to ACBIZ GLOBAL’s hosting refund policy.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their own content.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of  Zambia

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
