Partner Programme Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before joining the ACBIZ GLOBAL Partner Network. By registering, you agree to these terms in full.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Partner Programme.
- Each individual or business entity may hold only one partner account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your real name, valid email, and correct payment details.
- ACBIZ GLOBAL reserves the right to approve or decline any partner application at its sole discretion.
- Partners are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or legal representatives of ACBIZ GLOBAL.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:
- Misleading advertising — making false or unsubstantiated claims about ACBIZ GLOBAL products or services
- Fake testimonials or fabricated reviews — publishing reviews or endorsements that are not based on genuine experience
- Spam — sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages promoting your referral links
- Trademark bidding — bidding on ACBIZ GLOBAL brand terms in paid search advertising
- Self-referrals — using your own referral link to make purchases for your own accounts
- Cookie manipulation — artificially inflating cookie data, using bots, or manipulating tracking systems
- Operating multiple accounts — creating additional partner accounts to circumvent programme rules
- Promoting on prohibited platforms — adult content sites, hate speech platforms, or illegal content platforms
Commission & Payment Terms
- Commissions are earned only on confirmed, paid transactions attributed to your referral link within the 30-day cookie window.
- Commissions are held for 15 days after a confirmed sale to accommodate refund requests.
- ACBIZ GLOBAL may adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice to active partners.
- Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Balances below this amount carry over to the next payment cycle.
- ACBIZ GLOBAL is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between sale confirmation and payout.
Violation Consequences
- Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your partner account.
- Suspended partners forfeit all pending and unpaid commissions.
- ACBIZ GLOBAL reserves the right to pursue legal action for violations causing material harm to the brand or business.
- Partners may appeal a suspension by contacting partner-support@acbizglobal.net with supporting evidence within 14 days of suspension notice.
General Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
- ACBIZ GLOBAL may modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Programme at any time with 30 days' notice to active partners.
- Partners are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes on their commission earnings in their country of residence.
