2. Hosting — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers on shared hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, and email hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Applies to first-time purchases only. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
3. SaaS Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are not available for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase if the service has not been used.
4. Domain Registrations
Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed with the domain registry.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time
